Ingredients for Tofu Crumble
- 1 pack Tofu
- 5 Mushroom ‘Shiitake’ from broth
- 1 Tbsp Black bean sauce
- 50 ml Tomato broth
- 1 Tsp Sesame oil
Method
- Cut the tofu with spoon into small pieces,Freeze it.
- Defrost it and squeeze out moisture.
- Shiitake mushrooms retrieve from the original broth and cut into a cube.Fry them with sesame oil , Black bean sauce and sauce and Ramen relish .
- Add little bite of tomato broth.

- Mushroom ‘ Eringi’ ( king oyster mushroom)
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook mushroom “Eringi” without oil
- The Eringi mushroom become beautiful colour.
- Drizzle shoyu on top of the mushroom.
