 Ingredients for Tofu Crumble

  • 1 pack Tofu
  • 5 Mushroom ‘Shiitake’ from broth
  • 1 Tbsp Black bean sauce
  • 50 ml Tomato broth
  • 1 Tsp Sesame oil

Method

  1. Cut the tofu with spoon into small pieces,Freeze it.
  2. Defrost it and squeeze out moisture. 
  3. Shiitake mushrooms  retrieve from the original broth and cut into a cube.Fry them with sesame oil , Black bean sauce and sauce and Ramen relish .
  4. Add little bite of tomato broth.

 Ingredients for Mushroom Chicken

  • Mushroom ‘ Eringi’ ( king oyster mushroom)
  • Soy sauce

Method

  1. Cook mushroom “Eringi” without oil 
  2. The Eringi mushroom become beautiful colour.
  3. Drizzle shoyu on top of the mushroom.

  1. Cook Soya bean sprout into boiled water and sieve it.
